This is our new favorite afternoon snack. We make a lot of smoothies as they are a great vitamin boost and it’s easy to hide all sorts of fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds that might otherwise not get eaten.
This is banana, avocado, soya milk, and almond butter, topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon. It’s silky smooth, sweet and filling, everything a little person would ask for. Absolutely divine. It’s also great made with regular milk, breast milk, goats milk, almond milk… etc.
I hope you enjoy this as much as we do, it’s a perfect post-nap pick-me-up in our household.
